These Terms & Conditions govern your use of urbanfarmly.com and any order you place with us. Please read them before purchasing. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by UrbanFarmly, 118 Creek Rd, Mt Laurel Township, NJ 08054, United States. Our contact details are at the foot of this page.

2. Products and product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative: colour, texture and finish can vary between screens and between production batches, and handmade or natural-material items vary by nature. Dimensions are approximate and given as a guide. See Product Information & Colour Accuracy.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or limit an order — for example where the item is out of stock, where there has been a pricing error, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline an order that you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are shown inclusive of any applicable sales tax at checkout, unless stated otherwise. Delivery is free on every order; no delivery charge is added at checkout. We take payment at the time of order. Accepted payment methods and pricing rules are set out in our Payment Methods & Security and Pricing & Currency policies.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Cancellation is governed by our Cancellation Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

6. Warranty

Any warranty offered on a product is stated on that product's page. Our general position is set out in our Warranty & Product Quality policy. No statement on this website extends a manufacturer's warranty beyond what that manufacturer actually provides.

7. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to misuse it. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, layout, graphics, logos and images — is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without permission. Artwork we sell remains the property of its respective rights holders. See our Intellectual Property & Artwork Rights policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UrbanFarmly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Your statutory rights

If you buy as a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect. UK consumers retain their rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including the right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. EU consumers retain the equivalent rights under EU consumer law. Where any term here conflicts with a right you have by law, that right prevails.

12. Complaints

If something goes wrong, tell us — our Customer Service & Complaints policy sets out how we handle it and how quickly.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
