We sell art prints and decorative goods, so rights in artwork matter. This policy explains what you may do with what you buy, and how to raise a rights concern with us.

The design, layout, text, graphics and logos of urbanfarmly.com are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, redistribute or exploit them commercially without our written permission.

What you get when you buy a print

Buying an art print buys you the physical article, not the copyright in the artwork. You may display it in your home or business and resell that individual physical item. You may not reproduce, scan, photograph for reproduction, digitise, licence or make derivative works from the artwork. Copyright remains with the artist or rights holder.

Artist and third-party rights

Artwork sold on this site remains the property of its respective artists and rights holders. Where an item is attributed to a named artist, that attribution appears on the product page. Product names, brand names and trademarks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners; their use does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, UrbanFarmly.

Product images and descriptions

Product photography and descriptions are provided by us or supplied to us by our suppliers and manufacturers. If you hold rights in any image or text appearing on this site and believe it is being used without permission, contact us using the process below and we will act promptly.

Reporting an infringement

Email support@urbanfarmly.com with the subject line "IP NOTICE" and include:

Identification of the work you say is infringed
The exact URL(s) on our site where the material appears
Your name, address, telephone number and email address
A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights owner, its agent or the law
A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights owner
Your physical or electronic signature

We review every properly submitted notice and, where a claim is substantiated, remove or disable access to the material. We may also remove listings while we investigate. Repeat infringers are removed from our supply chain.

Counter-notice

If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, contact us at the same address with an explanation and your contact details, and we will reconsider.
