Use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or place an order using someone else's payment details
Scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download content, images, pricing or product data by automated means
Copy, republish or resell our content, photography or descriptions
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, its databases or any account that is not yours
Introduce malware, or attempt to interfere with, overload or disrupt the site or its infrastructure
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the site without our written permission
Circumvent any access control, rate limit or security measure
Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory or infringes anyone's rights
Impersonate UrbanFarmly, our staff or any other person, or misrepresent your affiliation with us
Use the site to send unsolicited commercial messages

Content you submit

If you send us a review, photograph, question or other content, you confirm it is yours to give and that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it in connection with our business. We may remove any submitted content, at our discretion, without notice.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it privately to support@urbanfarmly.com with the subject "SECURITY" before disclosing it anywhere else. We will investigate and will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access, alter or exfiltrate other people's data.
